Shaken: Meal replacement shakes for the last 2 1/2 days. I’m gonna have some soup in a moment – it’s time for real food. Meantime, my Facebook buddy and fellow race fan John Edward was tormenting me with photos of Brickyard Burgers and Track Fries from opening day at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Lucky guy’s there all month. Didn’t have the strength for my usual weekend marathon walk, so I spent time on the yoga mat instead. Feeling a bit better after that. Tomorrow, a full day of shakes and soft bland food. Whee.
