Sublime…ridiculous…but mostly mundane.

Nothing But Bottles and Actuators: Let’s see…the famous purple AdVair diskus with powdered steroids (look out, Barry Bonds!); ProAir actuator with albuterol (aka asthma rescue inhaler); Cheratussin AC syrup, with an expectorant and codeine; generic Claritin-D for my allergies; medicine to regulate PMS; vicodin and Tylenol+Codeine left over from pre-Christmas tooth extractions; Azithromycin (a very strong antibiotic, in case it’s pneumonia); potent multi-vitamin tablets; Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM tablets; Fish oil gel caps; potassium supplements (ProAir can cause potassium deficiency and mine is already low); and calcium+Vitamin D. There’s just enough room left for a small notepad and pen. Let’s just hope all this stuff cures my cough and helps promote a stronger immune system. I’m sick of being sick!

Wow. What a nasty 2009. I’m glad you enumerated the good things though.
Well, I looked at the blog out of boredom. I could write something lame, or worse, ignore it. I’ve helped several dozen folks directly in the area of the bionic cough, bronchitis, allergies, and asthma over the years, so I’ll paste some old notes for what it’s worth. It’s the hobby I didn’t want because it goes against my disposition. These protocols can be used in conjunction with the meds.
Without doing anything else, the AlliMax and Silver alone will get rid of the cough and bronchitis.
Just keep it in a folder somewhere if you think it’s junk, because you may want to look at it again sometime in the future.
I’ve never used Sterol-117, I just know of people who used this in conjunction with the following protocol to control/cure their asthma.

Allimed is more potent, and probably the better of the two products. Email James Walton for more information on dosage.

A lot of silvers will do the job, but I’m most comfortable with this product. Although this is not medical advice, I’ve seen odd coincidences of people being cured from everything ranging from Hep C to HIV within a matter of weeks.
Glenn Parnham may look a little weird in comparison to the Madison Avenue marketing, but as it is in the Alternative fields, it’s substance over style. Silver works and was the original antibiotic used by doctors, but replaced by big Pharma for higher margins and the opportunity to upsell for a cocktail of more ineffective meds. I guarantee you’ll say bye-bye to the cough and bronchial nastiness within 10 to 14 days of use… Probably a lot sooner.
Essential supplements you can get from your local Health Food store. GNC and other popular chains are NOT health food stores. Name brand supplements found in grocery stores and pharmacies are synthetic, and contain binders that will block your colon.
Omega 3 and Potassium… Sounds like you’re already there.
Vitamin D3… If it’s anything other than D3, it’s irradiated cow brain. Unfortunately, nuking it doesn’t kill any prions.
Magnesium. Also remember to soak your feet or take a bath in Epsom Salts a few times weekly.
Selenium
Curcumin
Both digestive and systemic Enzymes. By the time you reach 40, you only have 25 percent of the enzymatic production you did when you were 18, and you need that production for the immune system. I’m not convinced there are enzymes far superior to brands like NOW or Soleray, but http://www.thedoctorwithin.com is a good place to learn more about them as well as allergies.
Green whole food powder. Most products are good, but some taste nasty. Better than Greens, Uri International, and Enerfood are ones you can put in water, and look forward to consuming.
*IMPORTANT*
Water. It takes a while to build up to this, but you need to drink half your body weight in ounces daily. In other words, if you weigh 110 lbs, half would be 55, meaning 55 ounces daily.
One trick to consume that much is to add small amounts of sea salt. Morton salt, iodized or not, is toxic and chlorinated. Sea salt contains more than 80 essential minerals. This is where we get phrases like salt of the earth, worth your weight in salt, and even the word salary comes from salt because it was a major barter item in Ancient Rome.
FILTER your own water. Don’t drink from the tap, and don’t buy bottled water, because even if you take out the contaminants, chlorine, and lithium, you still have to deal with bisphoenal A from the plastic. A Brita is better than nothing at all, but there are a lot of good filtration systems. I personally use Berkey gravity element filters, which will set you back $200, but your return on investment will be less than six months compared to bottled water.
Dental health. The AlliMax/AlliMed along with taking the super silver will help a lot. What you brush your teeth with is critical. If it’s Proctor and Gamble stuff, just read the precautions and ingredients on the tube, and ask why the heck are you using it? Most of the health food stores have good alternatives, or you can make your own with Baking Soda (preferably aluminum free) and a real soap like Miracle II or Dr. Brammers. Again, the grocery stuff is detergent, and the rule of thumb is if you can’t eat it, it doesn’t go in your mouth or on your body.
The mouth is the first line of defense for bacteria and plaque. If you have infections, there’s other things festering in the body. Water is the oldest detox program, but it takes years, Lots of colon and metal detox protocols out there, but one of my favorites is a technique called oil pulling. Just put the phrase in a search engine. It isn’t rocket science, and all that’s needed is some Sesame Seed oil, or something else refined you don’t cook with.
Changes in diet. This is essential if you want to control the allergies and asthma. I won’t do the full vegan deal, just the critical areas.
Avoid all soda. Probably the best single thing you can do for overall health because it turns your body into an acidic state. Aspartame kills (dot com), and should never be consumed. The documentary “Sweet Misery” is available on Google Video and YouTube. This was my wake up call to the medical establishment and also my “cure” from MS nine years ago. Actually, the Doc looked at me as the ticket for a house boat or new car, and diagnosed aspartame poisoning as MS.
Dairy…. Avoid it (notmilk.com). Chances are dairy is the primary source of allergies. I used to have them too until I got off the moo express. Again, real organic is the only way to go if you’re to consume the stuff. However, don’t touch any of it until your asthma goes away.
Soy… Avoid it as much as possible. The only exception is if it’s fermented like soy sauce, although Braggs Liquid Aminos is a better alternative. Refer to the magic bean chapter at thedoctorwithin.com.
Electro Magnetic Frequencies. A solid 7 to 8 hours of sleep is the key to a good metabolism, immune system, and sharper thinking. It’s the brain’s way of doing a defrag. EMF pollution has increased 100 million times in the past ten years, and some people have difficulty getting a sound sleep. In most areas, we can’t get away from it, but it can be reduced in the home.
The most obvious are to turn off the WiFi and cell phone when not in use. However, the electronic alarm clock produces as much EMF as the wireless devices. If you have the clock within arms length of the bed, it’s the same amount of EMF as having a cell phone a few inches from your head all night long. Either move it more than six feet away, or use a wind up clock. A dimmer switch for a light produces more EMF pollution than everything else combined, and not worth the convenience of mood lighting.
If you need the best sleep of your life and can’t do primitive camping, go to the fuse box and turn off all the breakers. It’s a hassle and I never really got in to the habit of doing it on a regular basis.
There’s a lot of other stuff, like breathing, meditation and exercise, but I’m getting tired of pasting some of my old notes. It’s not about longevity, rather quality of life, regardless if you’re on the plane for another two years or 70.
Final paste… Here’s some asthma/allergy related abstracts from PubMed that may be of interest.

Wow – that’s a lot to read. Thanks for sharing…I’ll work through this as I can. For now, I’m about 100% better after less than a week on current regimen. The steroids go after three more weeks. By then, I’ll have gotten through some of this info!
Thanks care, Bash
Oh, cool – a quick glance through this and I’m already starting some of it. Already do my own water filtration (Brita) and just picked up D3 supplements today. Thanks for all this – really appreciate it.
A lot of it is universal, and you can pick up even better information from good chiropractors. Some of those old hippies running Mom and Pop health food stores will surprise you with their knowledge too.
Everybody’s like a jigsaw puzzle when it comes to staying healthy. In other words, pieces that fit in your puzzle may not with someone else’s. It takes time and there are no magic cures, although Super
Silver, Thieves Oil, and Allimax come pretty close. Eventually, you’ll become very confident in your innate abilities to heal yourself and stay healthy.
Subscribing to Dr. Mercola’s newsletter will give you some good high-line information, although like Dr. Deagle and Dr. Day, I don’t agree with everything. Again, it’s your puzzle, and you can reject what doesn’t fit.
Knock on wood, but I’m going on nine years without so much as a headache. 90 percent of it is abstention from soda/aspartame, vegan diet, and the water rule.
Brita is a start, but remember, filter the water well, or you’ll become the filter:)

Lots of good info in your first post – wanted to share it with my 2 other readers!
Will look into newsletters…thanks, again!
